The location is super convenient, just a 5-min walk from Beimen MRT and close to coffee shops. The room was compact but had an iPad for controlling the lights and checking out, which was cool. Powerful shower and comfy mattress. Not tons of breakfast choices, but something for everyone. Staff were super helpful.

i enjoyed my stay with a big, comfortable bed and the convenience of being just a short walk from the national taiwan museum and 2/28 peace park, which made for lovely strolls through the city during my trip.

It was frustrating when I had to advocate for hot water instead of just getting a kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would appreciate more variety in breakfast and improvements to room comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at CitizenM in Taipei. The location allowed me quick access to vibrant neighborhoods and transit. The room was modern and convenient with great WiFi, although the comforter retained too much heat for my comfort. I'd return for the hospitality and design.

Self check-in can feel cumbersome, particularly since retrieving the iPad to control basic functions meant a walk past traditional switches that could’ve been easier to use. On the downside, the lifts feel inefficient. one lift for the higher floors leads to congestion during peak times, especially in the mornings. The King Room felt smaller than expected, and the shower drainage needs improvement, as water tends to accumulate, leading to slippage. Additionally, the TV connection has issues that distract from the viewing experience.
